  • Help your clients to minimize conflicts and maximize healthy confrontation
  • Coach your clients to develop new results related behaviors
  • Become mutually accountable for superior team performance

Admission Criteria: All those who have completed

C4E ‘Certified ADVanced Coaching Professional Program’ OR Completed a Minimum of 60 hours ICF® L1 / ACSTH training from ICF Accredited Education Service Providers

Curriculum:

  1. Fundamentals of Team Coaching – Ethics, Distinctions, Core Coaching Competencies
  2. Team Roles at Work – Head, Hand & Heart Centers, Team Goals, & Team Dynamics – A diagnostic Approach for establishing Dysfunctional behaviours & Coaching Needs leading to Prognosis (Designing the coaching intervention)
  3. Team Leader as team member
  4. Professional Contracting with the Team – 3 M
  5. Implementing coaching intervention – 6A approach
  6. POSSIBLE Team Coaching Process model – An ICF(R) Competency based coaching methodology
  7. Coaching Lab – 16 hours + 2 observed sessions – Synchronous
  8. External partnering – when to partner with other teaming service providers
  9. 12 hours of Asynchronous coaching coupled with Journaling and Reporting for Supervision
  10. 5 hours Process Supervision
