Admission Criteria: All those who have completed

C4E ‘Certified ADVanced Coaching Professional Program’ OR Completed a Minimum of 125 hours ICF® ACTP / ACSTH training from other listed ICF Training Providers

Curriculum:

  1. Fundamentals & Implications of Behavioral Coaching
  2. Understanding the concept of Behavior as a consequence of the interplay of Cognition, Affective & Being Dimensions
  3. Structuring a Behavioral Coaching Process for Individuals & Groups
  4. Client Education – Administrative & Professional Contracting
  5. Assessing Social Behavioral Styles and its impact on the client’s constituents – Interviews & Assessment (W M Marston’s 4 Factor Or D Merrill’s Social Styles)
  6. Feedback & Development of Behavioral change models – customizing the coaching to meet client’s change need
  7. Designing the coaching intervention for client’s personal growth & results
  8. Implementation of coaching intervention
  9. Measuring the growth & results
  10. Coaching Lab – 16 hours + 3 observed sessions – Synchronous hours of Asynchronous coaching coupled with Journaling and
  11. Reporting for Supervision
